1. Prepare the Crust
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
- Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl
- Add cold butter and rub until crumbly
- Add egg and mix into a dough (add cold water if needed)
- Shape into a ball, wrap, and chill for 30 minutes
2. Bake the Crust
- Roll out the dough and place in a greased tart pan
- Prick the base with a fork

- Let cool completely
3. Make the Pastry Cream
