These mini corn cakes are golden on the outside, creamy on the inside, and perfect for sharing… or not 😏
🛒 Ingredients
- 🌽 3 cups sweet corn
- 🥛 ½ can evaporated milk
- 🥛 ½ can sweetened condensed milk
- 🧀 ½ block cream cheese
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 🌾 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 🍬 2 tablespoons sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 🧈 Butter (for greasing)
👩🍳 How to Make Mini Corn Cakes
1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Blend the Batter
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Prepare the Molds
Grease small molds or a cupcake tray with butter.
4. Fill
Pour the mixture evenly into the molds.
5. Bake
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden on top and set.
